How to Handle Challenging Behaviors At Home!

Do you find yourself overwhelmed with daily challenges having a child?

Do you want to learn strategies to help decrease disruptive behaviors at home?

If you answered "Yes" to these questions come and get support from other parents and a professional in the field!

Vanessa Kahlon, MA is the founder of Kahlon Family Services LLC, which is a company that offers behavioral support to parents with children of all ages who have special needs.  This talk will include giving parents the skills on how to look at behaviors and how to handle them.  Parents will be given specific tools that are evidence based to help support them at home and in the community.     A wide variety of techniques will be covered such as Applied Behavioral Analysis, Sensory Integration, and using Yoga to self regulate.

Sue Digre, Director of Family Support Services and Advocacy at Parca, leads the Parca Parent Networking Group. 

This group provides support to  parents and family members of children and adults with developmental disabilties.

The group typically meets on the 3rd Tuesday of the month be aware the day and date may change due to holidays.
